Before placing your order, collect all of the necessary information you wish to include:

(1) Select a photograph of your loved one from your personal collection.

(2) Check and make a note their date of birth, date of death and address.

(3) Select your favourite prayer, memorial card verses.

Don’t worry if you forget something, as your order will not be printed without prior approval from you. We understand how important this is to you and we will endeavour to help you in whatever way we can.
