Remember to collect all of the relevant details and photos you want to include before you place your order:
(1) Select a suitable photograph(s) of the deceased, if required.
(2) Confirm that their address is right, as well as that of the family.
(3) Select standard or personalised wording.
If you make a mistake or forget something, there is no need to worry. We will not proceed to printing until after final review and approval by you of the digital proof(s) that you will receive. We make it our priority that all our customers are met with the utmost sensitivity and compassion, as we know how important it is to get our tributes to our lost loved ones just right. We endeavour do our best to assist and accommodate you in whatever way we can.

Order Memorial Acknowledgement Cards in Ireland
Our website has been designed to make ordering funeral acknowledgement cards easy. First, have a look through our designs below, pick the design you like and then input the information required in each section of our order form. If your photos are digital, such as on your phone, tablet or computer, you can easily upload them to our order form. If your photos are physical/framed, we will be able to use but we ask that you please contact us to discuss your needs. We ask that any photos sent us are taken out of their frame before you send them. You can then post them to us, and we will send them back with your order when dispatched.
When the form has been fully filled, click “add to basket”, and then click the small shopping cart at the top right of your screen. You now have the opportunity to review your order details, input in your delivery address and select the option to pay by either debit/credit card or paypal. We will then get to work on a digital proof to be sent to you via email within a couple days, to be ready for print and dispatch within a few days of proof approval.

We have found that while some families feel that choosing one of our designs helps make the process a little easier, others would rather something unique. For these customers, we offer a personalised memorial acknowledgement card service without any additional charge. Your instructions will be followed and integrate any personal photos you wish to use into a design that is totally unique. We will then send you a digital proof via email for review and make any changes you request if any are needed. Once we receive final proof approval we will then print and dispatch your acknowledgement cards.
